How do I pay for my order? We can securely accept major credit cards and money transfers through
PayPal. (You do not need to have an account with PayPal to make a purchase.) However, you can write a
check for your order. Contact us about the items that you'd like, and we'll let you know where to send a check.
How do you ship my goods? Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We will gladly ship
next day if you so desire. A confirmation number for your order will be emailed to you, so that you can track the
status of your package in route to the destination given.
Will you charge me sales tax? We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to North Carolina.
Tax is applied to shipping as well as your order total.
Returns...
Artwork, Apparel and Stationery ::: There are no returns on Artwork, Apparel or Stationery.
Jewelry returns are for store credit only. They must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise with
original receipt. All jewelry must be unaltered and in the same condition in which it was received. Please
package your returning items in the original packaging and send it IN A BOX.
Padded envelopes are not protective enough and may damage the items.
Creativ*Bee Designs is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail.
Item availability:
As every design is individually handmade when it is ordered, orders take usually between 1 - 3 weeks to be
processed and prepared for shipping (this does not include shipping and the time in transit). Please note the
availability information and processing time given for each design on each product description page.
Jewelry Repairs: Return the product within 30 days and we will repair the item for free (you must pay shipping charges
and insurance).
Caring for your Jewelry: As with all beloved pieces, Creativ*Bee Designs would not recommend wearing
your jewelry in the ocean or swimming pool due to chlorine and salt water. Do not use harsh chemicals when
cleaning your jewelry. Mild soap and water will do just fine if your pieces happen to get dirty.
Caring for your Silk Apparel: If you need to clean your silk, have it dry cleaned or hand wash it alone with a mild
detergent and hang to dry. Do not put your scarf in the dryer as this will damage the silk. Once it is fully dry, you
can iron it on the silk setting (low heat setting on your iron) to get out the wrinkles in your beloved piece of
apparel art.
Items On Sale: There are no returns or exchanges on our sale items. All sales are final.
LEGAL STUFF: All products pictured or referenced herein, product names, designs, artworks, photography,
trademarks, copyrights, logos, prose and symbols constitute the intellectual property of Creativ*Bee Designs and
are protected by Federal and State laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.
Any unauthorized use of these trademarks and trade names is strictly prohibited. Creativ*Bee Designs will take
all necessary legal action available to it at law, or in equity, in order to enforce its intellectual property rights.
